Chain-On-Edge Lines

Finishing Touch houses two chain-on-edge lines, each with 12-inch centers, allowing a variety of products to be processed efficiently.  Preceding these lines is a three-stage pre-treatment system consisting of:  1) iron phosphate cleaner/coater; 2) fresh water rinse; 3) seal coat.  Parts then pass through two heated, forced-air dry off tunnels.  This quality process, along with the paints used, allows us to meet or exceed automotive industry expectations..
